Welcome to Mission Golf Academy

Make a difference!

Our mission is to simply “Share the good news about golf and God". Our main goal is to create a fun, safe, faith-based home for the family of golf while offering golf related solutions on how to enjoy this great game! Our dream of creating a central location called the “Coaching Center” will help facilitate the pillars of Mission Golf Academy while furthering the great commission. If God allows, we will expand our mission to other golf facilities around the area and nationally.

About Us

  • Statement of Faith

    MGA Doctrinal Statement

    • We believe in the Scripture of the Old and New Testament as verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original writings, and that they are of supreme and final authority in faith and life.

    • We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

    • We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

    • We believe that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned, and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also spiritual death which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature, and are sinners in thought, word and deed.

    • We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; and that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood.

    • We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, in His ascension into Heaven and in His present life there for us as High Priest and Advocate.

    • We believe in “That blessed hope”, the personal and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

    • We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God. Further, we believe in the eternal security of the believer.

    • We believe in the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.

  • Biblical Giving

    Biblical View of Giving/Donating

    • Our development activity will demonstrate our core values:

    • God owns everything, including MGA and all financial resources in this world.

    • Our work begins with prayer: for MGA, for current and new givers to MGA, and for God to provide the financial resources in His time and His way to carry out His work through MGA.

    • Our part of development is to present God’s people with opportunities to invest eternally in God’s work through MGA. Our givers’ part is to respond by giving as God prompts and enables them to do so. We are on one team together.

    • We believe development IS ministry and involves both discussing generosity and asking givers for specific gifts they can place before God to discern His direction for action.

    • We will maintain a standard of excellence that is above reproach; therefore, we will refrain from questionable, manipulative, disrespectful, or dishonorable methods of development.

    • We will seek to raise the resources we believe God is directing for the efficient, successful advancement of the mission of MGA.

    • We believe trust is gained through good stewardship. We will utilize every gift to the best of our ability for the greatest Kingdom impact.

    • We believe in full confidentiality. We will not share your given information or your contact information with anyone.

    • We will conform to the MGA Board Policy Governance Manual.

    • We will conform to the standards established by the Robinson Grant & CO., P.A. accounting firm: “It is the mission of Robinson Grant & Co., P.A to provide superior audit, financial, and tax advisory services while building strong and enduring relationships with our clients, employees, and the communities in which we work and live.” 5 Belfair Village Bluffton, South Carolina.
